What is Required to Book Service using My Extended Warranty Policy

1. Check your extended warranty policy to ensure your product falls within the specified warranty period and conditions.
2. Find and record your model and serial number.
3. Have a copy of your proof of purchase or bill of sale available for our technician attending the appointment 
4. Contact the phone number on your extended warranty policy contract.
5. Request from the extended warranty provider that you would like to book warranty service with Valley View Appliances.
6. Once we receive the proper paperwork from the extended warranty company we will contact you to book in your service call.
