Cancellation Policy

​Valley View Appliances is committed to providing all of our customers with exceptional service. When a customer cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent someone else from being able to book a service call.

Please call us at 403-247-9602 by 9:00 a.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 9:00 a.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged the service call diagnostic charge for the missed appointment.
